5 Ways to Help Victims of Typhoon Haiyan

Last week Typhoon Haiyan slammed the Philippines, causing mass destruction and devastation. This Typhoon is the largest and strongest to make landfall on record. Scientists are saying Haiyan’s wind-speeds reached around 190-195 mph during its peak and created a 13-foot storm surge. It is estimated that about 80% of structures in its path were completely destroyed. At least 600,000 people have been displaced and thousands have sadly been killed.

In the aftermath of this destruction, the people in the Philippines need our help. We have put together some resources so you can help play a part in their recovery.
